We Are All Homeless

What:

An Art Exhibit and Seminar featuring a collection of signs from people on the streets with a panel discussion from individuals who will share their lived experiences of homelessness.

Willie Baronet has been buying and collecting signs from people on the streets since 1993. What began as a way to deal with discomfort and fear around seeing and connecting with people on the streets, turned into the realization that "there is no us and them. There's just us." Baronet now uses the signs in art installations in hopes to raise awareness and compassion, and to start conversations about the many causes of homelessness.

Space is limited for this event, please RSVP here. Food will be provided.

This event is sponsored by Harnwell College House and the Center for Public Health Initiatives.
