The purpose of these conversations is to have our residents think about and/or describe the ways they can make change to the lives of people in their local, national, or global community in ways that fit their values, comfort level, interests, and circumstances. We chose this topic to highlight the range of our collective faculty, house directors, house coordinators, and RA/GRAs' expertise in social change initiatives as this is not something that is often given voice or a platform in these various roles.
