Description: Release that mid-semester stress with a free 1 hour meditation group session with Sandi Herman, SHS's Health and Wellness Educator! She has 30 years of experience in holistic stress reduction approaches that integrate educational and behavioral counseling techniques with mind/body awareness practices such as meditation, reiki, guided imagery, self-massage, and qigong. Not only will this session be a worthwhile break from your studies, but it will teach you natural ways of reducing your stress levels and to remind you to LIVE WELL WITH HARNWELL :)
