Join Bloomers and SPEC Film in celebrating the fourth annual LaughtHERfest at the University of Pennsylvania! A festival providing a platform for women to share their unique comedic voices, LaughtHERfest shows the world how inrecible women in comedy truly are. Our goal is to highlight any and all women — young and old, professional and amateur — who have an interest in comedy.  Please arrive on time as there will be no late entry.
