Insomnia, Stress, and Better Sleep Strategies

What:

Our college years are full of intense pressure and stress, and sleep is frequently hard to come by. For some students, sleep becomes a low priority and time is spent instead on studies and social life. For others, they develop insomnia or other sleep problems, making sleep hard to come by.  Either way, sleep becomes an important barometer of health and well-being.  There are some basic, but important, strategies that students can follow to improve their sleep and daily life.  By examining our sleep habits, we can also gain insight into our priorities and our well-being—academically, socially, physically and spiritually.
