Dr. Perez, Harnwell Faculty Fellow, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing and Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. She teaches “Introduction to Leadership Development in Healthcare” and maintains her clinical practice as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Mercy LIFE, providing community based long-term care for diverse, frail elders who reside in North Philadelphia.
