This Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is a mindfulness-based program that teaches people skills to manage the multiple stressors in their lives.
It meets weekly for eight weeks, for 2.5 hours each meeting. There is also a six hour day of mindfulness, usually scheduled on the Saturday after the sixth class.
This group requires the completion of an intake package before participants are accepted into the group. There is also a mandatory orientation meeting.
