Policy, Politics and Social Change Part II

This community could be considered an upperclass "sequel" to the popular first-year Policy, Politics and Social Change Program Community in Fisher Hassenfeld College House. Policy, Politics and Social Change Part II participants will explore wide ranges of policy catering to the variety of interests of its participants, who will be drawn from each of the four undergraduate schools. PPASC2 will delve into policy regarding political systems, global health and health care, business regulations, and how technological innovation affects policy. With a US Presidential election year upcoming, students in PPASC2 will have a unique opportunity to explore the effects of different areas of policy on candidates’ positions during the 2020 election cycle. Students will have the opportunity to explore policy through a speaker series, hands-on experiences, and formal/informal discussions.
