Saturday Yoga: Yoga to help with posture, and alleviate back pain

What:

Join us on 24th floor for a tailored routine of yoga postures to help with your posture, and alleviate back pain. Do not wait until you are in your 30s to think about the fitness of your joints.

Wear athletic gear. Bring your yoga mat and water. Meet in the floor lounge. Start your day with yoga and forest sounds.

Note: timings have been changed for the rest of the semester.
