Come get help on improving your research skills or paper!  This is a great opportunity for residents to stop by and ask questions about organizing a paper, setting up an argument, and polishing the overall flow of their work.  These sessions are also helpful for individuals who might take a more quantitative approach to research, and thus have questions on processing data, running regression analysis, or statistical programming.
