Probasco Dinners are a 15-year tradition, named in honor of Gaylord Probasco Harnwell. Each Monday, we offer a unique menu served family style to share with your fellow residents. 

Our first dinner this year is 09/10, at 6:15 in the RTL. We'll be catering from Sabrina’s Cafe!

The menu from Sabrina’s Cafe:

• Stuffed and Regular Challah French Toast (vegetarian)
• Italian Market Frattata
• Home Fries (vegetarian)
• Bacon and Sausage
• Vegetarian Sausage

Stop by the office to reserve a spot, we will be limiting reservations to 40 per dinner. You may sign up for yourself and up to three others. Tickets cost $5 for Harnwellians and $10 for non-Harnwellian guests. Let us know if you have any questions and we hope to see you there!
