Minimizing Stress to Maximize Wellness

Prof Gehrman is back with a second installment of GET REAL WITH YOUR PROF!  This time to speak about Stress and Wellness.  You may remember his excellent talk on Insomnia, Stress, and Better Sleep Strategies.  He is going to follow a similar pattern used for his last talk where he is going to ask about what you want to hear about, speak generally for about half and hour, and then address your questions so please- BRING QUESTIONS!!!!:)  See you in m-10 this Thursday at 8 for popcorn, cookies, and a great discussion!
