The Harnwell Office recently updated its piano user list.  The next opportunity to have your name placed on the approved list will be the beginning of the Spring Semester 2010.  Before you submit a request to add your name to our list, please read Harnwell's practice room/piano policies here:

After you've famililarized yourself with these policies, you may write to harnwell@pobox.upenn.edu from your Penn email account with the subject header “Harnwell Practice Room Request" between the dates yet to be specified for the spring semester.  You will be required to meet with the House Dean prior to having your request approved. 

Please include the following information in your email response.

1)       Name: (Last Name, First Name) “nickname”
2)       Year in School (fr, soph, jr, sr, exchange, other)

3)       Penn Card Number

4)       Address:

a) Do you live in Harnwell? (yes/no)

b) Room Number and College House Name

c) Address in Philadelphia if not living in a College House
4)       Phone numbers
5)       Instrument or voice type
6)       How long you  have played
7)       Whether you’ve taken private music lessons before and if so, for how long
8)       What pieces have you played recently (in the past 1.5 years)
9)       For which group(s) do you anticipate an audition
10)     Whether you think you’d like regular practice time in Harnwell
11)     Whether you’d be willing to practice regularly before 10:00 am
12)     Which practice rooms are you interested in using?

13)    School affiliation: (AS, EN, NU, WH, other)

14)    Penn email address
