At Harnwell College House, there are two types of spaces that may be reserved: A. General (BLUE) and B. Restricted (RED)
POLICY FOR ALL ROOMS: Please leave rooms clean and neat. Posted in each space is a “map” of how the space should be arranged, and we expect groups to leave the space according to this map’s guidelines (even if the room was not originally configured that way). Groups should provide a budget code. Individuals should provide their PennCard numbers. The cost of any unusual amount of housekeeping or any repairs necessary after use of the space will be charged to these accounts. In addition, problems with trash, noise, vandalism, or inappropriate behavior will result in the suspension of privileges from the House for the remainder of the year. Once a room is reserved, users are responsible for checking out AND returning the necessary keys from the Information Center in a timely manner.
IF YOUR REQUEST IS GRANTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. PLEASE PRINT THIS CONFIRMATION & BRING IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU COME TO USE THE SPACE. Harnwell reserves the right to cancel or deny a reservation request at any time.
